Air bag light flashing

The car is a 1996 240sx...

Recently, I spliced into one of the ignition wires (that had 12v when the key was in "ON" position) in the ignition harness to install my boost controller.

Now, for somereason, the airbag light keeps flashing on me... I did not touch the air bag wiring at all.

Is there a way to reset this flashing light?

door pin switch. hit it 7 times with the key at the "on" position, do not start the car. It'll flash the dome light if I'm not mistaken.

so key ondoor switch 7 timesand then just take the key out?

you'll see the dome light blink at you. it'll tell you if there's some problem with your air bags. If there isn't, it won't blink but the airbag light will clear.

open your door and look for a rubberized accordian like thing where the door meets the car and push that.

THANKS guys. I did this and the light no longer flashes. I had to push it 11 times though and did not recieve any flashes back.
