Probably not...May be different size bags, for one thing. Even though the cars are virtually the same, GenII airbags came out in the late 90's and from 1997 to 1998 a bunch of stuff changed on the Sentra, even though it looks the same) I could only imagine the diff's between a Q and a G....But that aside-The bags will not interchange between a Sentra and a Maxima, or a Maxima and a Q. If nothing else, the clockspring in the steering wheel is different, and the connection is most likely different. And the deployed bag would almost certainly be different, as the bag is "sized" to the front seat-steering wheel height=dash distance and width. All factors that are different between the two cars.I last bought bags from an outfit in Paris, Texas, that in Jan 2000 shipped 1998 Sentra bags (research on this subject is bsed on trying to get bags for this car) and a controller for under a grand. I see them on E-Bay for under $500 all the time. I even called a guy in LA, and he told me he COULD NOT ship, but he could get me a bag for any car I wanted and just leave my number, his "warehouse was full" and he would look for one-it would just take a day or two (yeah, how many parked cars in this "warehouse"). His cost was $125 per bag-but no controller. Made my decision to "secure the bag" even here in the midwest.
