air bag dummy light?

Is there some wires I can ground or cut to make the airbag light stop flashing? Ima try to put in a r32 skyline wheel (no airbag) in my car and would like to be able to get rid of the light without taking out the light... anyone ever done it (in an S14 obviously)?

I suppose I can just try to ground some of the wires but I don;t knwo if that will even work, maybe they need to see some voltage or resistance...

PS- has anyone been able to succesfully fix/clean out an IAC valve after the CEL came on? Mine came on with code 25 (95 s14) showing a IAC valve and its idling pretty low (~400-500) so i assume its not opening or is sticking closed. Anyone have an exra laying around?
