Anyone interested in it? From what I've vaguely read and seen it looks to be pretty decent for a F2P game. Right now I'm wasting my time with Runes of Magic and it's buggy, illogical, greedy bulls***. Hopefully Aion proves to be pretty good so I can waste my time with a better game

It looks kind of interesting. I like the fact that it's built on the Cryengine so graphically it doesn't look 10 years old like every other MMO out there. I'm not particularly fond of the art style, though.

The concept of basing combat around flight is awesome to me.

If they do a free trial or cheap first month on steam like Eve did I'll check it out.

Aion is not F2P game. It's subscription based like WoW. I have the beta that comes around once every few weeks. It's ok. Nothing to write home about.

It plays a lot like WoW. Go here do this quest, kill these many, bring it there, collect exp. ETC.

Graphically the world isn't as impressive as the character models are. Which are very anime-ish. I've only got to level 11, so for the most part it feels a lot like WoW, except that you can't swim in the water.
