I haven't found any previous threads about this but, I have found a suspension set up that Aimgain makes called a "Sedan Damper". Through the translations from dictionary.com/translator, I have discovered that it is a shock/spring combo that can be adjusted to accommodate any taste in hight and will allow your car to clear your wheels just by simple adjustments. It's a little expensive ($2500 to import +shipping to your house) but I do believe I am going to get me some instead of the typical tokio blues with cc springs.

Here is the Aimgain G50 with the suspension kit on.

If I were to get new coils for the G50, I would go with the Insurance coils. One ton garage said the Y33 coilovers go for a bit more than $1400.00G50 coilovers are less expencive than the Y33 so, lets say you get them for $1400.00 you save $1k +

Check the thread where they review the Insurance suspension.

Hope this helps.

Just get a G50 active and import the height control unit. Same price... but, electronically controlled hydraulic system FTW.
