same thing happened to me, you can do two things.
get a tiny drill bit and drill 3-4 times in a straight line across the screw to make a little slot, you can then use a screw driver to get it out. Only drill down 1/8 of an inch, dont go all the way through the bolt
or
go to your local pepboys/autozone and get a play-doh lookin stick thing that is for sealing up oil pan leaks. its a small clay bar and you take off the amount you need and roll it in your fingers, this mixes it and the two compounds inside it mix and heat up. you then press it into the bleeder hole (use generously) and then give it 30 min to completely harden, and off you go! Its similar to JBweld but its easier to work with and you can press it against the metal with alot of force to get a good seal. Only downside to this is it's permenant. You can get around not having that bleeder hole though by having the front of the car jacked up when you are refilling the coolant system.
**do not try to drill out the whole bolt, all those metal shavings and chunks of metal will wind up in your coolant system and will have a fiesta with your water pump.
