AHHH Map Light Depth... Will this fit?

Hey guys.. I wanted to change my interior to LEDs.. i was thinking V-Led would be the best bet... i cant find a good map light though..is this good?http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...ZWDVWthey dont have those refractors anymore

map lights are 194 wedged type so looks like they will fit

i know the bulb size, but what im concerned about is how deep the map light enclosure is... or does anyone see the ideal red LED for the map?this one may be too long... meaning it would hit the frosted plastic... feel me?

I think they will fit , but don't quoute me. It seems like there's a pretty decent amount of room in there!

I went with the white ones, but they sell the red ones also! Those will definately fit, and they are SUPER bright! Also, no glow at night when the car is off!

But r you really doing the map lights in RED? IMO, the hyper white LED look all around looks so great at night! BUt hey, do your thing Knight Rider...lol

I met with CokeWhiteCoupe at a local gas station to sell him my injen... (he didnt realize there was a difference btwn the 2.5 and 3.5 and drove an hour each way for nothing.. i felt bad)... anyways he had red all the way around and after looking back in my car.. i felt like i had 16"s again lol... red it is..Michael Knight... I cant wait to meet the infamous DR FEELGOOD at the Ny autoshow... i feel like doing something corny and getting a LBC shirt made lol

Did that same bulb fit in the doors? its a bit wide i wanna make sure it fits in that chrome housing thing in the door...

In regards to the door, yes, these WILL fit in the door. I have the 6led bulbs in the door, and they fit just fine. However, for the doors, I would recommend bulbs that fire all the way around, like the original ones you posted! Remember, the door's 194 bulbs face towards the front of the car, not out to the side!

3.5 intakes are different in diameter. I was gonna trade my heatshield with BlackNWhite but it didn't fit

looks like the length is 36 mm = 1.41 inyou can pop out your map light cover and measure the length from the bulb base to the cover and see if it will fit or not.
