I have a feeling that somebody is going to come along and get the station owner to change it soon enough. :rotfl

They are multiple stations owned by the same guy in the Detroit area. They've been "Obama" gas stations since 2008 and the owner has indicated he'll keep operating them that way.

Why would you think that?

There is little profit on gas anyway and by selling it a little cheaper or at a loss he can make it up on the other items that he sells.
Seems like a smart business man to me.

Liberals like to redistribute other people's stuff. Your business model is surreal and very much demonstrates the mentality I am alluding to.

That (the redistribution) is what the Red side would like you to believe TMS, however, it's not quite true. True liberals believe only those who can afford to pay more taxes (the wealthy) should pay more taxes*, not that taxes should be increased for those struggling to feed their families. There are several other differences but once again, this isn't the proper thread for such a discussion.

*the trickle down argument doesn't hold water.

Nor does the class warfare one. I don't believe what ideologues from the right regurgitate, nor from the left. Both sides are of the opinion that my money would be better served in the hands of someone else. They just disagree who that is.

Liberals DO think government should coddle people from cradle to grave and they are very much sucking the blood out of productive Americans to buy the favors of a herd of do nothings that they milk for votes periodically. The Neocons think government should serve business, again with my f*** money, and again to milk for favors come election time. I don't subscribe to either fantasy economic theory and want all those parasites out of mine, and your pockets.

You should try to become aware of your conversational partner's views before telling him what he believes because you missed the target by a mile.
