No sooner have I fixed the oozing valve cover and oil pressure switch than the coolant decides that it would like to be free one drop at a time.

Of course, it's only been 5000 miles since I replaced all the radiator and plenum hoses, radiator caps and thermostat, and flushed the cooling system!

And just two days after I placed an order for some minor parts from Scottsdale Infiniti.

Sometimes I think my car hates me.

Just whining

Don't even get me started on the steering....

I've got a rebuilt rack sitting here but I dread the thought of laying under the car for two hours with PS fluid dripping in my hair.

Get the pump fixed fast!

Over the years seen 2 Q fried from overheats [seen multidozen overheats from other causes] when owners decided to postpone the tiny leak repair and suddenly the tiny leak became a torrent.Pumping all the coolant out in minutes while they were cruising down the highway.

We warned them to flatbed back the 15-25 miles, to save $100 they drove back and both need new engines as a result.

I remember the day when I begged the owner not to leave the shop with his leaking pump.

Tough to save money when the engine is expended.

Yep - I'm just waiting for the new pump to get here. Driving the wife's old '64 Dart (drum brakes suck on the freeway, BTW)
