Ian easier way to try to keep it from stalling is turn the idle up by adjusting the screw on the IAC. If you turnit up close to 1000 rpms it might catch it from stalling.

usually not, its running so rich (running open atmosphere) between shifts and at stops, you could be idling at 1500 and it will still drop idle too much and stall.

either you have a massive vac leak somewhere or if you are running an open atm BOV, its leaking at idle. Try tightening the BOV

If your running the SMIC check that, the sides of mine were tearing away from the core and it was letting out air. I bet thats it.

If everything else is fine then you may need to reset or check your AAC Valve and reset the idle, thats also what ive had to do in the past many times with SR's, my shop in Japan told me Nissan made crappy AAC Valves for the SR's and you always either have to check them or replace them.

Its a valve device on the surge tank thats regulates the amount of air and fuel at idle or open throttle and also controls the idle, if its clogged or dirty with carbon build up you may need to clean it up or probably adjust it with the idler screw.
