Went to the car wash, lifted the hood, and washed everything out. Started the car (no error codes) and went for a dry-off drive on the highway at 70mph.
For some reason, from a dead stop, the acceleration isnt so good. I slam the pedal and it somewhat slowly accelerates, with the low end being especially weak.
Did I flood something? I'm going to let it dry overnight.

Hmmm....many hings come to mind: fuel injectors, sensors, etc. Hopefully just letting it dry will help. This is why you should dry your car with a leaf blower or something to make sure you're not getting water deposits in unwanted places. Let us know what you find out.
