Hey guys, I had posted something before about this, but let me be more specific. I changed my TC Rod Bushings, but the car is still shaking very violently at 60+MPH speeds. Any speeds below 60mph it is perfectly fine. I have noticed on the highway that it shakes for approximetly 10-30seconds, then stops for 5-10sec, then starts again, off and on continuesly. I had also posted something about my brake calipers sticking a little bit off and on, could this cause the shaking also? Please :help as most of you would know how very annoying this can be. Would there be any other bushings I could check, or could possibly be bad?

How old are your tires? Improper balance will cause vibration at varying speeds. Other conditions could also cause your problem, things like big bling wheels, out of round tires, low or high air pressure, improper tire bead seat (spot where tire meets wheel), feather wear(i.e. uneven wear) and so on. If you got aftermarket wheels on there, replace with factory setup and see if there is still a problem. 99% of vibration problems come from bling bling wheels and cheap tires.

If you are getting on and off vibration it is most likely your tires like SmithSR said. Both tires/wheels are out of balance, and the every 5-10 seconds you aren't feeling it is because they balance each other out at that speed. My car used to do that (vibrating would switch between bad and not noticeable) and it turned out both my front wheels were not balanced properly.
