Ok, first of all I did do a search on my questions, but if I did miss something, please don't be mad. Oh yeah, sorry this is soooo long.:D I've read about people doing the AGX strut and tein S-tech spring setup, but no one has said how they've liked them. I'm thinking about doing this setup, but I would like to get some feedback from the people that have been there, done that. A couple specific questions I have are as follows. What are the actual part numbers on the AGXs for the LF/RF/ and the rears? And also, where is the best price on the S-techs shipped?

The AGX part number question is because I tried to go through a local import parts shop that carries the AGXs, but they didn't have a listing for the S14s..just S13s. Through my shop, I can get the set of AGXs from Tire rack for about $324 plus shipping, but I'd like to get the part #s so I can see what the locals can do for me.

The S-tech question is because the best price I can find is about $195 shipped, but I've read that some have found the springs at about $140 shipped...it would be nice to have an extra half Benjamin.

and last question...does anyone ride on H&R springs? Do you like them? That is going to be an alternative to the S-techs. I can get them for about the same price, maybe less.

Thanks again.

specificaly how does the setup compare to stock. can you take long road trips without too much of a beating? how does it fare at the track vs street? what settings do you run on street vs track? etc.

I myself have been thinking a lot about Tien springs on AGX shocks with adjustable mounts. I suppose it's the affordable route to take versus getting the full coilovers that can run upwards around $1500. I hear the AGX shocks are a bit soft and the Tien springs are stiff. So I suppose that setup will pretty much balance each other out to a medium/stiff ride as far as daily driving goes.

with the agx's on the softest setting, it's just a little stiffer than oem (could be due to the springs, or the fact that one of my stock struts was blown and the others probably weren't to far behind) so road trips are no problem. on the hardest setting, it's like someone shooting nails up your aas. luckily there are 30 settings in between :)
