I have AGX all around in my S14 i have them at 3 in the front (from 1 soft to 4 hard) and 5 in the back (from 1 to 8) on STOCK springs. Pro-kits are going to be ordered next week.

BTW are prokits the smallest drop of them all? I just want to lower it 1" or something like that.

I had the AGX's on my old ride....they were pretty stiff overall, even on the softest setting, which is great for cornering, but the ride can get a little bumpy for daily driving. Keep it a little softer in the front than the rear for optimal handling.

Yes, Pro-Kits won't drop the car a whole lot...that's why I bought them myself. Didn't want a big drop.

I'm about to install them next weekend, on stock struts for now, but when I have the cash for new ones I'm going with the AGX's myself.

hey driftaholic, did you notice a difference in ride quality after the s-techs were installed? I'm assuming you used stock springs previously. Thanks!

my ride is way different now than before, but i changed springs and struts (agx's) at the same time, so i'm not sure how much of the change is due to the springs. check out http://www.speczero.com/tech_s13susp.phpthere are some pics that compare oem springs to s.techs. the s.techs are several inches shorter than the oems, so they must also be quite a bit stiffer if they only lower 1.5" (the car in the article is mine btw)
