age old question, new twist -> fitting altima ka24det into 240SX

I've read online everywhere that "nono it wont fit, distributor, all the accessories must be replaced..."

ok but what if im already faced with replacing all of the accessories? how difficult of a challenge do i face with that distributor placement? is that the only challenge? do the motor mounts have a place to bolt into the FWD block at all? does this thing bolt onto the RWD transmission bellhousings?

dont ask how i ended up in this predicament. good motor, bad everything else. can it be done?

*its worth mentioning im in Iraq so questions that might seem otherwise stupid/answered by just looking, you have to bear with. not too many nissans in the desert.
