Aftermarket wheels help

Ok i am renaming this since nobody seems to know what TPMS is...Tire Pressure Monitoring System or something like that anyway...on the 03-04 M45...this thing that tells you the tire pressure of each tire..well if i am putting on aftermarket wheesl...what do i do with it?? i know it has to be hooked to the tires somehow?? and i know if i am putting on bigger and lower profile tires that it cant be accurate can it?? anyone with aftermarket wheels can you help???

Air pressure is air pressure no matter if you have 18inch wheels or 5,000inch wheels. The valve stems that came on your original wheels is what sends the signal/info to the modules at each wheel well and tells the screen what pressure is in each tire. Just make sure you have the tpms valve stems in the wheels and you should be good. Most people know what TPMS is but you have to ask the right questions to get the answers you are looking for.Best Regards,D

What is the bolt pattern for an '07 M35 Sport. I am looking to put 20" rims on. Will I have any problems as far as clearance and the speedo being off?
