I read the sticky concerning offsets but it does not appear to address the G37S coupe. I am ready to pull the trigger on some wheels but want to make sure that I am ordering the correct offset since this model does come standard with BBK. The company that I am ordering from states G35/G37 fitiment I believe the offset for the rear wheel is 22. Will that work work with no clearance issuse?

You can't go as aggressive on offsets as the g35. About a 10-15mm difference in offsets when comparing the two. Read the sticky again, I cover offsets for aftermarket wheels for the g37. I know I only listed the oem g37s oem wheel specs, but the aftermarket offsets are for all g37 models. So in your case, no a 22 offset is too aggressive.

You could always add a 5mm spacer, then it would be a 38 offset.

That would fill the fender more?

It will push the wheel out closer to the edge of the fender so they don't look sunken in.

I just got the spec on the front wheels I ordered They have a 38 offset would this wheel also benefit from a 5 mm spacer?

Would you explain exactly how a 5mm spacer would "benefit" the wheel?

Seems like extra nonfunctional rotating unsprung mass to me. Not sure I see any dynamic performance benefit.
