aftermarket valves?

hey guys, i need to know who sells aftermarket valves for the ca18det. i've searched this site and the internet for em, but just can't run em down. any help would be wonderful. thanks

i havent been able to find any myself and i dont think there is a company that makes em for a ca18, unless you go custom.

There's probably nothing made specifically for the ca18det. You would need to take one of your stock valves, measure critical dimensions, and look for something in the ballpark from an american manufacturer.

At that point you would need to remove your old valve seats/guides, install larger bits. Solid lifters/dual coil springs are a must at that point.

Its all custom work, very time consuming, and its going to be hard to find someone to do it for you.

What's wrong with the stock ones? There up to whatever task that anyone in here including myself can put them through. To repeat what's posted, Ferrea is a quick option that will most definitely be able to assist you.

You've done quite a lot on oem valvetrain haveny yah? Amy numbers or type of setup you were using?

400+everyday whp on stock valves, 300+everyday whp on stock valves, multuiple cams, ported and non-ported heads, big injectors, high flow pumps, blah, blah. I just never had an issue with a stock valve burning up, let alone ever breaking a timing belt.

Damn that is definately good to hear! If done correctly you can extract lots of power from this little CA! I cant wait till mine starts running again.
