It's my SC61 That I bought just modded the stock manifold and it fits. If you had an internal gated manifold it would work.

it would probably hit the block.. not allowing the manifold to bolt on

Really? I figured it would clear...just have to make an ext. wg. box that would move it out anyway. Looks badass on there though; can't wait to get mine.

Hmm I'll bolt it on to one of my spares and see how it fits.

Had the turbo facing the wrong way lol. Still have to shave a lil bit off the manifold and the E housing and use a 90 comming off the turbo.

That's an SC61 from precision isn't it? I have an AGP RS65 turbo. Which is the same as an SC61. That's good news for me. I am about to install it on my car next weekend. You don't need a waste gate. Just use the throttle to control your boost. lol

I am going to make an adaptor box for my wastegate.

Yeah it is in the car thats one of my spare blocks. If you check my members ride pics you might see the other spare one. I Can't rem if I put them up on there or not. But the motor is in the car and running. Haven't messed with in 2 weeks tho.

Sweet. It's really the only way to go for exteranl gate on the stock manifold. You would have to hack the collector up on the stock manifold and weld a pipe to the cast to make it work. The adaptor box should kill the flow as bad as a hacked collector would.

Is yours a 25? or 20? Do you have all the supporting mods yet? like injectors/MAF fuel controler and all that good stuf? Post the spool results cause I really want to know how it's going to spool on a 20. I think it would spool great on a 25. . . too bad I don't got one :(

Thats a great turbo(sc61), I have one on my 1.8l honda and I get 1 bar by 5500 rpm(revs to 10000) and get 122MPH traps. Can you tell me more steps on how you adapted it or is the RB25 exhaust manifold already a T3 flange? I was thinking of the SC50 for my nissan, but if this spools quick I may have to swap them.

Mine is a RB20 but the Stock flange is a T3 so it just bolted right up. Need to shave down a little off the manifold and housing and it will be good. Not a huge chunk.

Mine is an RB25DET. My turbo has a .63 exhaust housing. yours looks like an .82. As long as I get boost by 4K I will be fine.

huh....Your exhaust wheel looks larger then mine. It's may just look that way since yours is a 5 bolt discharge flange and mine is a 4 bolt. Let me see if these pics work for you.

As for my setup I am planing on mounting the turbo and running 7 psi (waste gate spring) with a wideband hooked up to make sure I am not running lean. Final setup I hope will consist of 550 cc injecotors and emanage/Power FC. But since I am broke I don't think that will happen.

A stage 3 turbine wheel (or even stage 5) is larger than Stage 1 and will flow more at higher psi levels.
