Alright I know what I am looking for on the fittings sizes. It just seems like I am going to be peicing everything together rather then buying a actual kit. Is there a kit out there that has the right size lines and fitting sizes for the RB25 with a T3 Garrett turbo?

If you're piecing things together, I could probably let you know what I used and what hose lengths you will need.

Have you ever done ss braided line assembly before? I have come to find that it is important to know what the different hose types are called from individual manufacturers (i.e. Powerflex vs. Proflex hose and full-flow fittings vs. power steering fittings). After buying aeroquip, russell, and summit, I feel that Russell seemed to be the most robust and easy to assemble.

e-mail me at [email protected] if you want to discuss.

I made a post about a shop out here that made my oil line to use the stock banjo bolt. It cost me $30 I think with the fitting for the Turbo.

Heres what I did when I got my turbo and new manifold. I mocked it all up. Measured lengths of line I'd need, took my turbo to my local Parker Supply shop, good man there hooked me up with all the fittings and lines I needed. Working great so far!

I tapped my oil feed with 1/4" NPT along with my coolant return on my block side. I welded a fitting to the stock metal drain and still utilize the stock rubber/silicone drain base to the block.

the lengths depend on your manifold. just measure lengths and use the block fittings. the block fittings are posted everywhere.

you need to buy adapters for the oil feed and drain to go to AN fitting on the turbo

you need to buy adapters for the water feed/return on the turbo. again, that depends on what turbo you have
