That's strange because we had this exact same question about two weeks ago...... oh well. I'll go through it again. Basically, why would you WANT a bigger throttle body on a KA? Some of the 300zx guys swap in the KA tb to replace theirs. The damn thing is freakin HUGE!! If you look at most aftermarket intakes... the tb and intake pipes are the same size. On some Hondas the TB is SMALLER than the intake pipe. On the KA... the tb is larger than the intake pipe, and the aftermarket kits come with a REDUCER to make it fit the pipe..... it's BIG! As was previously posted above, on 240sx.org there was a place that would take your stock tb, bore it out, and replace the butterfly valve with a bigger one to match. But it really is just a waste of money.... unless your putting out over 400hp... then it might be a justifiable expense.
