Has anbody done this? How difficult is it?

ive done a couple autometer 5" on the friends turbo civics, and its a 30 min job. you should just have to splice into the tach wire and run the cables to where you want them. i dont have first hand experience with the sr, but it should be a piece of cake.

taking the drivers side dash out is a *****, its way harder then honda or acura cars, make sure u have 1 hr to 2 hr in between if u wana take the dash out and install tach....

Or, since your car is already apart for your swap, just take care of it all at the same time. : ) It's just a matter of splicing the tach wire as Prof said. : )

Taking driver dash off S13 I have unbolt 2 screws for the steering wheels, S14 is a lot easier taking dash out.
