Aftermarket sub and amp question

I don't know if this is a topic tht had been discussed before but has anyone added an aftermarket sub and amp to a factory system in an 07 M35

I'm trying to find out what I need to do this I'm assuming obviously a line out converter but is there one that is recommended analog is there an instructional to get to the speaker to tie in the rear speaker or is there a set of RCA outputs in the factory radio that I can go with
