Just bought a 2007 Murano S AWD, with basic stereo, AM/FM/CD, no sat or changer. Have a brand new IPOD compatible stereo sitting in my garage. Does anyone know if there is any way to install that stereo in my Murano. Can't stand radio & CDs, and miss my ipod.

There's really no way to tell without seeing the stereo. Your best bet is to bring the stereo to a local car audio installer to see if it's compatible.

Make sure they're reputable. You don't want a hack ripping apart your dashboard.

You should be able to use a PAC ROEM-NIS2 to add an aftermarket radio to the factory system (check to see if it supports your model). I'm sure you will need to find a new trim plate for it

So does that mean that all of us with an '06-'07 with just a basic single disk cd player are screwed as far as updating the headunit to something nicer, like multidisk or dvd player with built in screen? I need more than just basic *cry cry*
