Aftermarket Stereo Harness

i was just wondering which adapters people have used for installing an aftermarket stereo on the J30. my sister has a 93 and has been complaining about how the Bose reciever is starting to go out on her. So i bought her an Alpine deck for her birthday but i know that the Bose system complicates things. Which harnesses work best if any and also if you could find some links for me id be very thankful
