Aftermarket steering wheel hub adapter

Having a hard time figuring out where to get a aftermarket steering wheel hub adapter for my 94 TT.

Only adapters I can find are for a non hicas (therefore non turbo) model. It does share the part number with s chassis (240sx) but they all highlight not for hicas model..

I assume it will work anyways? My hicas is gone and so is the spiral cable for the air bag. No horn either.
