Aftermarket Speakers set up.

Anyone upgraded their front speakers from 4x6 to 6.5"? I bought these abs composite adapters for the from S13 door speakers and they're pretty good.

How did you guys set up your speakers. Anyone know how to do 6x9 in the rear S13 coupe??

I have those same adapters in my doors, good stuff indeed!

Don't put 6x9s in your car if you plan on having a sub. 6.5s are ideal, and produce great mid-bass. Heck, I don't even have rear speakers, eff 'em :P

i have 6.5s up front but i didnt buy an adapter, its easy just to make one, i'll post pics when i get the new speakers, right now i have boston acoustic component speakers but eclipse components are on the way. nothing like getting $300 components for $75. on a side note, i fit 8 inch speakers in the rear speaker area of the fc, if u want i'll snap some pics today

yea i made my own 6.5 speaker setup for the front out of wood... jigsaw!

^^^ me to!. i cut out a wood template and mount, and put infiniti 6.5's in the front... as of now i have nothing in the back, but i have a pioneer headunit and the speakers put out 180peaks watts, and 60 watts rms. they are about the best speakers u can get soundwise with using an amp.. im very impressed compaired to 4x6s
