Anyone have any experience which lighter+ grippier seats may fit in an Infiniti in this case specifically a 1994 Q45t?

I went to recaros website but little hard info was to be come by.

I did a search on "Custom racing seats" at google and got lots of good hits. Most seem to either come with or offer "sliders". The price range is huge from $189 to $1249 (Sparco Leather).

I think the only thing you'd want to make sure of is the width. Or is it girth? But you'd loose the heated/power seats, unless you could find someone to "enhance" your seats as diamondj30 suggested.

Would the older Q seats fit?

Try this. http://www.autosportz.com/raci...s.htm

It seems to have a "Universal Mounting Bracket" for Sparco seats, which have the most options, from the search I did.

No problem, good luck and let us know how your search goes.

Those $1200 leather Sparco's look NICE.

I bet if you call them they could tell you what the shipping weight is to see what's the lightest.
