Aftermarket (or OEM) Antenna for Top?

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

Not saying that I would -

But, does anyone know of an aftermarket (or OEM for that matter) antenna for the EX35 that looks like the shark-fin style or knub style?

I'm with you. I'd love to replace the stock unit with one of those BMW style shark fins. Even the new G37 uses that style, I wish they had done it on the EX.

I wonder if the G37 Shark-fin is compatible with the EX35?

If you plan to use the XM in the EX, then the shark fin will not work. I already asked the Infiniti Engineer three weeks ago.

True - but, he did say that XM wouldn't work.

None of the shark fin type I've seen for the EX supports XM.

Exaclty my point. I have not seen a shark fin that would work XM. I already know two people who changed their cars to shark fins, and no more XM.
