AfterMarket Navigation question for '04 G35x

I have a '96 i30 with 172k, and I believe I am ready to switch to an '04 G35x! One question i have is about the Nav. This is a feature I would like, but it seems difficult to find in many pre-owned. Many salespeople have been telling me just to get an aftermarket. The question is, is there a good (relatively inexpensive) aftermarket nav system that integrates into the car as well as the OEM nav? Or, should I just be patient and wait to find the actual car I am looking for?

When I was looking for a coupe, I was paitent and waited for the one with the factory Nav. system. I didn't want to go into the expense of adding an expensive aftermarket unit. The factory one is so clean and works wonderfully for me. Personally, I'd wait.
