Back StoryOk, I have been running numbers (as in bank account) and doing some soul searching. S-Tunes are going to stay, but I am adding p/b upper mounts. That being said, I want to run streetable suspension parts that will also be competent for the track. Spec on the S-Tunes are as follows:

Springs: F: 5.2kg/mmR: 3.73kg/mmDampner:F: 353lbfR: 323lbfDrop:F: 25mmR: 15mm

Ok, more info:According to the literature that I received with the setup, the development vehicle had Nismo Suspension Link Set (which is IIRC just silver stock cast pieces w/ Nismo bushings in them).

Even more crap (aka: What Is Also On The Car Now):-HICAS rear sway (21mm)-p/b traction control rods (ProjectSilvia)

Question:Ok. So I am looking at modifying my suspension all the way. As in do everything that I can. I am not too sure what rear multilink setup to get. Looking at SPLs Pro kit makes me hard, so the obvious engineering/adjustment/value is an easy choice. BUT, Nismo reccomends their stuff. The alignment specs don't look very aggressive (I can provide the Nismo alignment specs if anyone wants them for ****s and giggles...S13 K's and S14 270R specs), so would the p/b pieces be worth it? Other than the spherical Heim joint bushing, I am really getting very little out of the SPL stuff. Or how about this: What rubber and what spherical bushings are the best for me to replace? Which arms/links are the best ones to get adjustible units to replace the stock worn to hell ones? Sorry for all the dry info, but I really want a dialed in suspension. Limits may not be too terribly high, but at least at the limit, the car will be predictible and fun.

Nismo's alignment figures are only good for one specific car with one specific setup. Each car will be setup slightly differently based on height and a number of other factors.

Also, if you lower your car wouldn't it be nice to be able to adjust the suspension in sync?

Go SPL... it's stronger and better.

You know I suggest Nismo bushings over polyurethane bushings. You could go with SPL pilloball bushings but those aren't cheap. Up to you.

$780 is not that bad really. I mean, that plus my S-Tunes is what I would spend on FLT-A2s. I belive I will be going SPL;)
