Aftermarket HID and foglights

Hi,

I recently bought a 2012 rogue SV and I wanted to know if you guys know any good yet affordable HIDs and foglights. Links would be greatly appreciated and also I was wondering whether I should go with HID bulbs or HID kits. Thanks.

If your car comes with the Xenon light, then you will only need to replace the bulb(head light only)
For fog light and high beam, you will definitely need a HID kit. Most HID kits now a day is plug and play so you should have no problem installing it
For me, I personally like the HID kits from V-LEDS.

You WILL HAVE TO go with the kit in order to install hids. The bulbs using discharge gas and in order to start it you'll need a ballast to turn 12V into 20k+. So you'll need 2 kits (4 ballasts+4 bulbs) to convert all the lights to hid. As for the brand there's tons of different manufacture like checkout carid.com , xetronic, xenon depot or just simply google for it. Just my 2 cents...don't buy cheap ones like on ebay because they're not going to last long.

Do 2011 rogues parts fit 2012 rogues?

HID lights depended on the bulb type, so unless they change the bulb type used on 2012, there should be no problem to use the one label with 2011. Make sure to check the manual for the correct bulb type before making any purchase
