no there are no issued EO#'s[executive order] for any nissan other then 240 sx on headers in the approved headers issued by CARB[california air resources board]

i thought they were C.A.R.B legal, like all their other products

it is not listed in the california BAR approved add on parts list.

BUT if the part has an EO# with it then it is. You must always keep that paper work and have it available when getting a smog inspection. The paper work must show that that part# is approved for that model year car and model year engine installed in the car.

You can always ask for that specific info before the purchase from the seller.
