Aftermarket Head Unit/Steering Wheel Controls

I was just curious as to how many people that have the convenience package have put in an aftermarket head unit. I've seen plenty of people with the S models doing it, but nobody that I know of with an SL. I'm planning on waiting until something comes out (I hope) that will allow me to continue to use the Bluetooth controls from the steering wheel with an aftermarket head unit. I know there are adapters that will keep the volume controls working, but that's not good enough for me.
