Aftermarket GPS/Navigation and SIRIUS/XM shared account

Greetings everyone!New 09 Murano LE owner here.

Had much trouble finding what I wanted (just recently) but finally found an LE that is almost perfect, only missing the Navigation/HD option.

I know it has the IPOD dock, which is nice, but I was wondering if anyone had any experience with integrating a 3rd party NAV system so the display would show your information?

Also kind of an after thought but has anyone had to deal with trying to setup a joint SIRIUS (Wife 05 Altima) with my XM (09 Murano)?
