aftermarket gauge help

I have a 1989 sohc and wanted to get some mechanical gauges from autogage and Im wondering what the oil and water ranges are. oil(0-?psi) water(0-?temp)

I have a choice of gauges, its just that I dont know how hot my engine gets or how high the oil pressure goes. I never had a car that had any #s on the gauges just H and C and just a light that goes out to tell me theres oil press. I would hve no idea what psi and temp range I would need on the gauges.

Water temp guages need to be 100f to 300f and oil pressure should go from 0-100psi, no (electrical) oil pres gauges though, they suck!
