aftermarket fog lights

Hey I'm installed some foglights on my 97 altima, but can't find a place to run my wires from the engine compartment to inside the car. Is the a place in the firewall where i can pass my wires through or do I have to drill a hole? Also where would be a good place to mount my switch, cause I can't find any place on the dash? And does anyone know where the positive side of the inside fuse box is, cause the instructions said that I can hook a wire to the fuse box's positive terminal? HELP!! Thanks!!
