I don't know of any where you can buy them, but you can use some sheet metal to make a patch for that hole.

Cut it out, gring the rust and some of the paint off then weld some sheet metal in, then paint it. If you don't have any experience I would seek somebody who is good at welding and has access to all the stuff you need.

well, I'm not doing the work, my body man is. He told me to either find another 91 hatch and cut the floor pan I need or find some aftermarket ones. I remember I bought some for my 79 trans AM years back...lol

most floor pans will look like yours from the north, better off just welding something in after you cut the sheet metal to size. Maybe someone from the south will cut you some floor pans out of a rustless car.

If your floor looks like this are you sure your sub rails are in any better shape?? You may want to put it on a lift and give the whole uncarrage a real good going over.

Do what Mr. K said. I did the same thing with my Suzuki Sidekick and it passed the very strict German inspection. Just treat the rust you already have, weld, and put on some kind of rust prevention paint over the fix (por-15 or something like that). I also sealed the whole repair from the bottom of my fix with silicone to prevent anything getting into the space between the patch and the old metal because there should be overlap to make sure you weld to good metal.
