If I want an exhuast mainly for performance and not so much for sound becuase I like a quiet ride.. can I put a resonator somehow or muffle the noise in anyway?

if you want quiet noise, Tanabe is your friend. Stillen does have resonator but it's a bit louder than Tanabe IMO

The Nismo one is the best one in my opinion, it doesn't sound like an old cheap car that has his exhaust all rusted with holes, and not overly bassy

I really want to hear what the Stillen exhaust would sound like w/o the resonator.

I picked up the Borla but only after I heard Stillen and Nismo in person. Probably the most aggressive as far as how deep the tone, probably due to how big the muffler is and that there's no resonator on the midpipe. None of these are annoyingly loud. Nismo is slightly louder and deeper than Stillen if you're trying to choose between the two. As far as flow and performance, I've yet to see any of them on a dyno. My money would be on Nismo for gains but on a 3200+ lb car you'd probably never feel the difference.
