Well Its Time to replace the speakers and deck in my car. When i brought the j30 it was installed with aftermarket deck( low end). with im thinking factory bose speakers. It gets me thru I guess. I'm starting hear a humming sound from my back speakers dont really know what that is maybe back speakers going out, or installed wrong. Ive been looking into getting JVCkw-avx740 touch screen deck and a pair of pioneer ts-g1644r (maybe). Ok here is my problem one Ive heard that its a pain in the butt to replace the bose speakers in the j30. also i was told that i need to buy a oem amplifier integration v4 which is to prevent me from having to replace the wires in the j30. Can someone who has replaced the factory plz help me. Also what sizes are the speakers, better touch screen deck and speaker choices if any thanks

First off, from personal experience, stick with a high quality single din cd player. I went through 3 touchscreen decks thinking they would be cool, but they ended up being a total waste of money and the audio quality was half that of the single din alpine i have now. Plus I'm not sure the touchscreen you want will fit since the size of the oem bose unit is a bit smaller then that of aftermarket radios. The front and rear speaker sizes are 5 1/4" and 6'"x9" respectively. I had the pioneer ts g1341r in my J now and they worked quite well for the $40 Walmart speakers they were. If I were to recommend anything speaker-wise, get a set of component speakers for the front and mount the tweeters up by the A-pillars like how the late model J's came. As for the amplifier integration, I had to buy no such thing since I just ran the speakers straight from the deck instead of using the oem amplifiers. Let me know if you have more questions.

I agree with jdurrty.
Also , the buzzing sound is probably just the Amp's going out.
