Jensen 11" Overhead DVD & LCD screen. Two headsets and 1 remote included. Purchased and installed by Circuit City on 8-31-08. $539 + tax, free installation - 10% off coupon.

I will post a review once we have used it a couple more times.

Does it get tied into the main audio system or does it have to be headphones?

I'm still digging around to see if I can hack into the back up camera system.
