I wonder if we can sum up enough interest for someone like Eagle Compitition to make an aftermarket crankshaft for the RB market.

Maybe one for a RB26 with the collor problem already addressed. Since all RB20,25,adn 26 motors can use this crankshaft.

They sell them pretty inexpensive and many domestic guys have been using them for a while. OR am I not informed about another company that already does this?

i wouldn't buy 26 eagle rods, let alone their cranks. eagle rods < 26 oem rods

Brian Crower is probably one of the few companies that would actually do something like this, however he would want to do 2.8l kit or something like that. Their supra 3.4l is NASTY.

Our crankshafts are already forged and very strong. The domestics aren't so they need to upgrade to a forged. As noted above, the only way it would be remotely worthwhile is if it was a stroker crank. Besides Eagle is seriously the bottom rung of engine parts...

i agree as Eagle isn't of fine quality, it was just one company that puts out a few.

Anyways, as far as if damage was done to the crank, sourcing another crank here has deemed a challenge.
