Aftermarket Brakes and Rotors With Adaptive Cruise, Preview Braking

Does anyone who has aftermarket brakes an rotors have adaptive cruise or preview braking? I should think these features would adapt to such a change, but as I am considering frozen rotors and hawk ceramic pads when the time comes, I wanted to know if I should have any concerns regarding these features and aftermarket rotors and pads. Any thoughts?

Other than the brakes working better - nothing to worry about
