I have a local place that sells ceramic and whatnot brakepads for the versa. I can get a set of '07 front pads for $70. But....Nissan says there are 2 different kinds of pads. One for ABS and one for non-ABS.

The place i want to get them from doesnt specify which one they are.

How can i tell if it will work on my '08 (with ABS)?

That's bizarre, there shouldn't be any differences in the pads that I know of.

However, a ceramic pad? On a street-driven machine?

Do not see a part difference for ABS vs non-ABS, should be the same.

For use in ambient temps up to 700 degrees, huh? Great, I'll remember that next time I need to drive my car on Venus.

That still doesn't change my question.

Have you tried looking up brakes online to see if they'll fit. I'm sure the brake manufacturers have look up systems on their websites that'll tell you if they fit.

I have used ceramics for about 10 years now on my street driven vehicles....and they work great and almost no brake dust
