aftermarket bluetooth fot 03-04 m45

i was wondering if anyone as installed an after market bluetooth device in their 03-04 m45 (like the motorola ihf1000) or one that is hard lined into the stereo system. just wanting to know how they work and if they were hard to install.

I just brought a GPS that has the bluetooth, mp3, all included. It works awesome.
