Aftermarket android headunit in 2013 Nissan Rogue SV

I won a 2013 Nissan Rogue SV with backup camera and stuff but no nav. I'm planning to replace the stock headunit with an android one; something like this: http://www.amazon.com/Universal-Navigat ... +head+unit


I have couple of queries:

1. Its a universal double DIN headunit with 178mm x 100mm as dimensions. Will this fit in my car without any mods to the dash? I have searched all over the internet but could not find the dimensions of the factory headunit.

2. Did anyone else install similar android units in your Rogue? I would love to hear your experiences.

you will need a dash kit designed for the rogue. double din headunits are square. our oem headunit is NOT square, it has boarder-trim.
