AFTERDARK TUNING! please help me!

whats up nico, to make a long story short... afterdark tuning ripped me off for 3,000$. it was my full payment for a motor that i never recieved... ive been waiting for it for, well, 8 months now. i told afterdark id like him to simply credit my account for the full amount in APRIL! my question is, can ANYONE help me regarding ways to contact afterdark or more specifically adam. his website is down again, his email is down, hes never on AIM anymore. i dont know what to do. (last name, coworkers, address, anything would help). please guys... can anyone help? thank you very much! my email is [email protected] once again... thanks.
