After I finished, inside the timing belt cover makes a weird grinding noise, I adjusted the tensioner but same sound still comes out. And my alternator and water pump belt keeps popping off every time I start the car, anyone could help me would be nice or ima bring it to the shop next week

Sounds like your water pump pulley bolts arent tightened down! The same thing happened to me, except my belt didnt pop off. Make sure the timing belt covers are fully seated down to the front of the motor ( if you have them on ) and make sure the water pump pulley nuts are securely fastened. I had the grinding - tapping sound of doom and it scared the **** out of me. I did what i just said, and it all went away.

I checked everything twice and did it real careful, the timing belt cover fits with every screw in place and the water pump pulley is tight as I could do without stripping the screws. The belt pops off when I start the car, I made it tight then tried it a little loose but it still pops off when I start the car. Its a n1 water pump do you think its longer or something thats why it popped off?

is the belt in line? or is there a pulley offset now. Check to see if your Harmonic balancer is wobbling or even your alternator.
