I bored the t.b. out to like 63-65mm and gave slight knife edge. Now, even after turning the IAA all the way in, to lower rpm, it still idles at 1100rpm. its a 90 sohc ka24e with int. ext. and efan. Also yesterday I set the gap on my plugs to .039" which didn't effect my idle nor did removal of the coolant lines to the t.b. and mani. any help would be great.

btw I didn't mess with where the throttle blade sits at idle.

Maybe you over did the knife edging on the T.B plate and nicked it and its letting air in. You might need to get your hands on a new T.B plate or try to fix it with some epoxy. Good luck

Not to jack your thread but how did you bore it out? If you removed it did you buy a new gasket?
