after replacing my axel's why would my axel on the drivers side keep poping out

I recently replaced my axel's on my altima and now the drivers side popes out as I am driving. I need help

year? and did you tighten down the axle nut at the wheel side and make sure the races where the axle meets the transmission didn't get torn up?
